Starting pay $18/hour or based on experience. Competitive packages include Health Insurance, Vacation/Sick/Holiday Pay, and Retirement Program. Shift: 10 am to 6:30 pm, including weekends and holidays. Prior maintenance experience preferred. Able to work independently and communicate well.
Responsibilities:
• General ground keeping, maintenance, and repairs for the shopping center and ChoiceMART Grocery Store
• Assist tenants with maintenance needs
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and respond to maintenance requests
