Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (HCFCU) is looking for qualified candidates to fill the open Project Manager position at our Kaloko Administrative Facility.
Duties include:

The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and cross functional projects that support the credit union's mission, growth, and operational excellence.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact projects across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.

Responsible for leading and managing projects assigned by executive leadership, from concept through completion; as well as leading and executing the selection process for new vendor engagements.

Must be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the credit union operations.
Qualified Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related fields (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or strategic planning, preferably in a financial institution setting.
Salary range: $90,000 - $135,000
