Branch Manager

Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (HCFCU) is looking for qualified candidates for the Manager position at the Kaloko branch in Kailua-Kona.

Duties include:

Operate the branch office of this credit union in accordance with the objectives and policies established by management and the Board of Directors.
Has overall supervisory responsibility of administration and operations, loans, personnel functions, community and public relations of the branch.
Demonstrates expertise in all applicable credit union regulations and laws; administers all regulatory compliance of the branch.
Directs branch lending activities to meet goals and objectives set by management. Actively seeks new loan business, while also demonstrating expertise in all loan products, underwriting, policies and procedures.
Consistently keeps the VP of Operations informed of branch conditions and all areas pertaining to branch performance and efficiency.

Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma /GED equivalent with five (5) years management experience in a financial institution; or have a business college degree with four (4) years of management experience in a financial institution; and will possess thorough knowledge of the Federal Credit Union Act, Rules and Regulations of the NCUA.

Salary Range: $69,000 - $100,000
