2026 BUSINESS EXPO at Governor's Luncheon

Connect to Hawaiʻi Island's business and community leaders!
This Business Expo is in conjunction with the Kona-Kohala Chamber's Annual Governor's Luncheon.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to network with intention and promote your business!

Exhibitor Table: $150
Exhibitors must be current Kona-Kohala Chamber members and registered for the Luncheon.


Times
Schedule for September 10, 2026 Business Expo:

• 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Exhibitors check-in and set-up.  Displays MUST be completed by 9:30 a.m.
• 10 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Business Expo is situated inside the ballroom.
• 10 a.m. - 10:30 am Luncheon check-in
• 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Luncheon - Business Expo is closed.
• 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. Business Expo reopens.
• 1:30 p.m. - 2 p.m. Exhibitor breakdown. 

Exhibitor Information:

• This Expo is a "tabletop presentation" style show.
• Booth spaces will consist of a six-foot table and two chairs.
• The Chamber will provide two name badges for exhibitors.
• The Expo Booth does not include luncheon tickets. All representatives at the Expo Booth must also register for the luncheon.
• ​Exhibitors are allowed to bring displays that fit on the table or behind their area only.
• Exhibitors shall not serve or offer any food or drinks. Small candies are permitted.
• Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage to the building, equipment or decoration caused or occasioned by them, their employees, agents or representatives.
• Exhibitors shall not solicit or distribute handbills, brochures or any other printed promotional material outside of their booth area.
• The final location of each exhibitor will be determined at the discretion of the Chamber upon receipt of completed reservation forms and paid reservations.
