\nSchedule for September 10\, 2026 \;Business Expo:

- 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Exhibitors check-in and set-up. \; Displays MUST be completed by 9:30 a.m. \n
- 10 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Business Expo is situated inside the ballroom. \n
- 10 a.m. - 10:30 \;am \;Luncheon check-in \n
- 11:00 \;a.m. - 1:00 p.m. \;Luncheon - Business Expo is closed. \n
- 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. Business Expo reopens. \n
- 1:30 p.m. - 2 \;p.m. Exhibitor breakdown. \; \n
\nExhibitor Information:

- This Expo is a "\;tabletop presentation"\; style show. \n
- Booth spaces will consist of a six-foot table and two chairs. \n
- The Chamber will provide two name badges for exhibitors. \n
- The Expo Booth does not include luncheon tickets. All representatives at the Expo Booth must also register for the luncheon. \n
- \;Exhibitors are allowed to bring displays that fit on the table or behind their area only. \n
- Exhibitors shall not serve or offer any food or drinks. Small candies are permitted. \n
- Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage to the building\, equipment or decoration caused or occasioned by them\, their employees\, agents or representatives. \n
- Exhibitors shall not solicit or distribute handbills\, brochures or any other printed promotional material outside of their booth area. \n
- The final location of each exhibitor will be determined at the discretion of the Chamber upon receipt of completed reservation forms and paid reservations. \n
