• Vaccinations Now Available at QNHCH for Keiki 6 Months to 4 Years

    Queen’s North Hawai’i Community Hospital (QNHCH) is now offering COVID-19 vaccinations for children as young as six months.  The Pfizer vaccine for children age six months to four years is one-tenth of the adult dose with three shots needed. The first two shots are administered three weeks apart and the third dose is given two months later.

    The vaccination for this youngest age group is available on Wednesdays by appointment only; appointments can be made by calling 808-881-4668.

    Vaccinations continue to be available for all ages 5 years and up no appointment necessary at the QNHCH Vaccination Clinic every Wednesday, 11 am – 3 pm.  The QNHCH COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic is located in the annex on the south side of hospital campus near emergency room.  Those under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
