Two New Restaurants Now Open at Queen’s Marketplace

Two new restaurants, Patina and Kona Biscuit Co., are now open at Queen’s Marketplace, located in Waikoloa Beach Resort!

Patina is a new American gastropub. Led by Chef Keith Pajinag, Patina pairs elevated comfort dishes with craft cocktails in a warm, modern space inspired by local flavors and fresh ingredients. Ideal for pau hana drinks, shared plates, or a special night out in Waikoloa. Open Monday – Saturday | 5 – 10 PM

Start your day at Kona Biscuit Co. with handmade biscuits, locally roasted coffee, and island-style breakfast and lunch favorites daily. In the evenings, the space becomes The Roost, offering a more elevated dinner experience with Hawai’i regional steakhouse flavors and shareable dishes. Open for breakfast & lunch daily | 6 AM – 2 PM. Dinner (the Roost) is open Thursday – Saturday | 5 – 9 PM.
