An accomplished hospitality executive with extensive experience leading luxury and full-service resorts across the United States and international markets, Tracy brings a distinguished record of operational excellence and transformational leadership to one of Hawai'i's most iconic destinations.
Tracy joins Kona Village from The Hythe, a Luxury Collection Resort in Vail, Colorado, where she most recently served as General Manager. Her career spans globally recognized brands including Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, with senior leadership roles across landmark properties in North America, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas. She also previously served as Owner Liaison at Point Grace in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where she helped lead the property to earn the World Travel Awards' Caribbean's Leading Boutique Hotel recognition as well as earning both AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five-Star recognition. Prior to that, she served as General Manager of Grand Isle Resort & Spa in Great Exuma, Bahamas, where she oversaw a $240 million development project.
