The Elama & Hilo One Program
A scholarship opportunity for Hawaiʻi Island residents who have compelling barriers, but want to try college. The Ēlama & Hilo One Program provides funding for one year to cover a student's full-time tuition (up to 12 credits) and a book stipend that will help pay for books, a $5000 value. The program will also support students beyond the first year via student support services to help foster academic success to graduation.
