Scholarship Opportunity for Hawaii Island Students: KoCreate: OAKA Applications Open

Vibrant Hawaiʻi is now accepting applications for KōCreate: ʻOAKA, a two-year civic leadership and workforce development program for Hawaiʻi Island students entering their junior year in the 2026–2027 school year.

This scholarship-based program offers participants the opportunity to build leadership skills through mentorship, hands-on projects, and real-world experience. Students also gain professional references, explore scholarship pathways, and access paid opportunities while contributing to their communities.

Applications can be submitted at bit.ly/kocreateoaka by May 22, 2026, with notifications sent in early June.
