Showcasing Hawai‘i Island-sourced ingredients, Original Hawaiian Chocolate Factory (OHCF) offers a selection of four tasty specialty bars to enhance its line of milk, dark, and rare criollo chocolates.
Milk or dark chocolate bars containing your choice of Kona coffee, Kona Sea Salt, macadamia nuts, or roasted cacao nibs are available at OHCF’s on-site plantation Chocolate Shoppe in Keauhou-Kona. The three-ounce specialty bars are boxed in OHCF’s attractive packaging.
Also in the Shoppe are one-pound bars, bite-size plumeria and one-ounce plumeria chocolates, plus cacao tea, beans, nibs and more. Open 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., Tuesday. Through Friday, guided plantation tours can be reserved online for 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. every Wednesday and Friday.
