NKCRC’s 7th Annual Charity Golf Fundraising Tournament,Saturday, April 6, 2024

The North Kohala Community Resource Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, enters its 22nd year of community support in 2024, all made possible only through caring donors who appreciate the vital services NKCRC provides to the projects it sponsors.

Center staff works to provide education and training to strengthen the capacity and leadership of a diverse range of community projects while also bringing funders together and assisting with administrative, financial and grant making services.

Every facet of the Kohala community is strengthened and touched in some way by an NKCRC project; after-school initiatives, agriculture, the arts, culture, music, keiki and kupuna, youth athletics, and food distribution as examples. Net proceeds from this tournament - our most important fundraiser of the year, help to cover operational expenses so that staff may fully focus on project assistance and success. Center expenses include office rent, building maintenance, payroll, insurance, equipment, donor outreach and communications, and utilities.

The North Kohala Community Resource Center’s 7th annual golf tournament will be held at Mauna Kea Resort’s Hapuna Golf Course on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Check-in for the four-person scramble tournament begins at 7:30am with a shotgun start at 8:30am. Cost is $175 per person and includes range balls, shared cart, green fees, a $20,000 Hole-In-One opportunity, prizes and lunch provided by Mauna Kea Resort.
