    MEET OUR NEWEST MASSAGE THERAPISTS

    TIARE

Aloha! I am a Native Hawaiian Healer born in Encino, California and raised on the island of Oahu. I have experience working in fitness centers and spas in Northern Michigan and Las Vegas, Nevada where I resided from 1999-2012. I was called to return back home to Hawaii in 2012 where I worked in a physical therapy clinic and decided to go back to massage therapy school and graduated from Elite Massage Academy in Honolulu in 2016. I specialize in Lomilomi, Deep Tissue, & Sports Massage. I also have experience in Swedish, Prenatal, Shiatsu, Cupping, Hot Stones Therapy, Trigger Point, & Reflexology Massage. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and have also attended various Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy Workshops and massage conventions/retreats to further my knowledge and experience. I enjoy being hands on and love helping people to manage pain and tension in order to live a healthy vibrant life. I cater each individual massage session to meet my client's specific needs and pressure levels.

I am also a Certified Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy Practitioner using tuning forks, crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, bells, and drums. Sound Therapy uses specifically tuned sound frequencies for clearing stress, blockages, and the energetic and emotional stagnation from a person's subtle energy system.
During my free time, I love being in the ocean or in the mountains. Being in nature, especially here on the Big Island, reminds me to appreciate the moments to slow down, breathe, and appreciate all the blessings that life has to offer. I am also studying herbs and plant medicine (La'au Lapa'au) to use in teas, tinctures, and essential oils for overall health and well-being.

    JANAKI

    Aloha kakou,

I was raised on a small farm nestled in the southern slopes of Maunaloa. Growing up on an island deeply rooted in Energy Medicine, I am grateful to have been guided to Massage Therapy as my profession. I am licensed in the State of Hawaii as well as through the FSMTB (Federation of State Massage Therapy Board). I have worked in both Injury Care and Spa. These are two very different healing atmospheres with an entirely different approach to Health & Wellness. Having both perspectives, I adjust my technique to address my clients needs. I am trained in Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Injury Care, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, MyoFascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage and Sports Massage.

Massage Therapy is a powerful asset to the self healing journey. I have seen it inspire and reform the life path for so many. For me personally this became apparent when I was just a child. At the age of eight I was hit by a truck moving at the speed of 40 MPH. This lead me down a long road of rehabilitation and healing. I share this story because I literally would not be standing here today without the disciplined therapy that I received. I’m dedicated and passionate as a therapist and pursue continued education so that I can give the best version of myself. I humbly receive all my clients as honored guests. My hopes and intentions are that, as a collective, we inspire within one another a positive flow of the ever evolving Mind, Body & Spirit resonance. Book Janaki

    JEN
I believe the body is a vessel of alchemical transformation and that bodywork is a way for people to be more present and available to experiencing life in more colors. I bring a fluid presence to every session, and am an excellent listener, both intuitively and with my actual ears! I want my clients to feel heard and I show up with respect and reverence for our time together.

Graduating from the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork on Kauai in 2020, as a trauma-informed, somatic bodyworker with 775 hours of study, I moved back to the Big Island, and have continued my education in lomi lomi and myofascial release at The Aloha Massage Academy. I have been a Reiki Master/Teacher for 15 years and Access Consciousness Bars practitioner for 10. I am also an aquatic bodyworker who has given hundreds of life-changing sessions in Mexico, Hawai’i and Block Island, Rhode Island.

In my journey so far, I’ve taken on many roles and interacted with people from all walks of life, but nature has been my greatest teacher. I am a long-distance ocean swimmer and writer who has published several books. Everything I do is oriented around helping people be more connected to their bodies so they can feel grounded and connected to others. I’m so grateful that I get to do this work in such a beautiful and inspiring place.  Book Jen
