• New KKCC Members Introduce Businesses at May AfterHours

    NETWORKING—New Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce (KKCC) members have the opportunity to introduce themselves at monthly AfterHours events by taking the stage and sharing information about their business. 
     
    Five new members took the mike at the May pau hana hosted at Kona Coffee & Tea:
     
    Keith Sisson, chief marketing agent of Mokulele Airlines and Southern Airways Corp. said the Hawaii-based carrier is marking its 25th year. Mokulele offers 120 flights daily and is opening in Lanai City in June. The airline is putting in Mai Tai Bars, with food service, at its terminals in Kona, Maui and O‘ahu.     Dowbuilt is a high-end, custom home builder licensed in Hawai‘i, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, New York and Canada according to Kevin McClure.     Brad Weimann shared how Kona Sports Center offers sales and rentals of outdoor and sporting goods for families.     Hale Hawaii Design is an architecture firm based out of Kailua-Kona. Bill McCowatt said Hale Hawaii Design offers architectural design and drawings, including 3d renderings.
