Overview of loan products: The workshop will start with an overview of different loan products available to potential homebuyers, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and an introduction to non-QM loan products (Community Mortgage, Bank Statement, DSCR).
Qualifying for a loan: I will cover the basics of loan qualification including credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, employment history, and other factors that lenders consider when evaluating a borrowers ability to repay a loan.
Loan application process: We will go over the difference between a Direct Lender process vs Broker Lender process
Q&A: The workshop will conclude with a question and answer session, giving attendees an opportunity to ask specific questions and get answers from me!
