Keauhou Shopping Center Reopens Courtyard

Friends and family are invited to celebrate with an afternoon of music and activities

Kailua-Kona, HI (June 22, 2022) –Keauhou Shopping Center is pleased to announce the reopening of their courtyard. We invite our community to head over and celebrate with us on Saturday, June 25th,
2022 for “Kanikapila in the Courtyard” from 3-7 PM. Kumu Ke’ala Ching will do a blessing at 2:45 PM.

“Keauhou Shopping Center is excited to welcome our community to enjoy our renovated courtyard. We mahalo our customers for their patience and understanding. Please join us for entertainment for all ages. Our tenants are open and ready to serve,” said Colene DeMello, General Manager at the center.

The courtyard underwent several changes such as removing the old kiosks, lighting, and water fixtures. Improvements included increasing the size of the stage and staircase. The new stage will enhance our free weekly hula show. Also, a brand-new deck was installed to increase upper level seating. In addition, the new deck will serve as a keiki play area with yard games. We will have a keiki activity table, yard games, and photo booth available for ohana to enjoy.
