When our co-founders, Lailan Bento and Kelly Valenzuela, began the journey to create a full-service real estate brokerage here on the Big Island of Hawaii, they had one vision: to create an experience in Hawai’i real estate that emulates the aloha spirit. Hawai’i real estate between development, property searches, brand new constructed properties and vacation rental investments are all very different journeys for buyers and sellers and both Kelly and Lailan wanted to ensure the journey for every client was parallel to the feeling one gets when they think of our island home. 

 

Hawaii real estate is as unique as is Hawaii in itself because things work very different than that of other parts of the world. Each island in itself has its own unique flare and every agent within the Hawai’i Development Group highlights and specializes in showcasing those unique characteristics within every property search.
