    All Hawai’i Island residents are invited to share their honest opinions about healthcare on the Big Island during the Hawai’i Island Community Health Center’s Community Health Needs Assessment. This survey helps them to better understand healthcare needs and preferences island-wide, and will be used to plan future programs and services.
