After we did a poll recently asking what time in the morning would be best to be able to join a group fitness class. Almost 50% answered with 6:00AM as the best time for them to be able to make it on time to work.
We are now offering every Weekday, Monday - Friday a Class at 6:00 AM
MONDAY - YOGA AWAKEN 6:00 AM
TUESDAY - MAT PILATES 6:00 AM
WEDNESDAY - YOGA AWAKEN 6:00 AM
THURSDAY - MAT PILATES 6:00 AM
FRIDAY - YOGA AWAKEN 6:00 AM

Welcome to your new favourite way to start the morning off right. Come to our 6 a.m. yoga class to connect with your mind, body, and spirit through a series of gentle yet empowering yoga postures and pranayama (breathing exercises). This class is for all levels and a great opportunity to awaken your senses, increase flexibility, and cultivate a positive mindset for the day ahead. Calling all early birds, as well as late nighters! Come, welcome the sun and build a little sweat with your fellow yogis. Level one mat pilates class is designed to bring awareness into your body as you strengthen your core. With precision and control you will achieve greater alignment, strength and endurance.
