The Director, Market Activation and Program Delivery brings hospitality expertise in leisure sales and meetings, conventions and incentives (MCI) and leads training and webinars, FAMs, and hosted engagements that showcase the island of Hawai'i to travel agents, operators, and meeting planners around the world.
