Educational Host and Activity Specialist

The Educational Host & Activity Specialist is responsible for providing sensational customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in an engaging, outdoor environment. S/he will socialize with guests, offer assistance when needed, and answer any questions guests may have while assisting in the pre- and post-dolphin experiences and educational activity programs. The Educational Host & Activity Specialist will utilize live animals, biofacts, marine props, displays, and activities to educate guests on species facts and information. S/he will share the Dolphin Quest mission, our science projects, and conservation initiatives by demonstrating, supporting, and implementing all company values. During Peak Seasons, s/he will assist with daily operations of educational activities for guests. This position reports to the Manager of Education.
