PATH - People's Advocacy for Trails Hawaii

PATH - People's Advocacy for Trails Hawaii

PATH is proud to be named among the Kona Kohala Chamber’s Kuleana Green Businesses. PATH’s mission to safely connect people and places on Hawaii Island with bikeways and pathways is guiding force behind our advocacy efforts in support of walkable, bike able communities on Hawaii Island.

Creating places and opportunities to reduce our reliance on motor vehicles, will ultimately improve the community’s health and well being. That’s one of the reasons that we have partnered with the County of Hawaii to establish bikeshare as an alternative to driving. Not only is riding a  bike fun, it also burns calories, and reduces our carbon footprint . We hope that as we expand our bikeshare program, more residents will become bikeshare members and join us on the road!
