    The Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce is collaborating with Community Forums, and the Kailua Village Business Improvement District in hosting, "Understanding Homesless Issues in Our Community" Forum on Thursday, February 20 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the West Hawaii Civic Center.

    The forum's intent is to address concerns, identify resources available and brainstorm solutions.
