• Round II ‘Discover Palamanui’ series begins Tuesday (July 13) through Friday (July 16)

    Hawai‘i Community College - Pālamanui is pleased to announce a series of online workshops that will be delivered via Zoom Round 2 starts in July for people interested in learning more about what the Kona campus offers and how to enroll for the fall 2021 semester.

    The “Discover Pālamanui” workshops is an information session about the Early College/Running Start programs. The workshops continue throughout the week with the following sessions:

    Tuesday, July 13
    12 noon - Hawai’i Life Styles Program: Discover our unique Hawai’i Life Styles Program.
    5 p.m. - All About Pālamanui: Learn about the degrees and certificates offered at the campus and how to enroll.
     
    Wednesday, July 14
    5- p.m. - Be a Hero, Be a Nurse: Learn about the Hawai’i CC – Pālamanui Nursing program.
     
    Thursday, July 15
    12 noon - Online/Hybrid Degrees: Learn about the bachelor’s and graduate degrees
    you can earn from the University of Hawai‘i through distance learning.
    5 p.m. - Ēlama/Hilo One: Learn about these unique scholarship opportunities.
     
    Friday, July 16
    12 noon - Associate of Science in Natural Science: Learn about the Natural Science
    program that can prepare you to transfer to bachelor’s degree programs in STEM subjects.

    More About Pālamanui Hawai‘i CC – Pālamanui is the Kona-based campus of Hawai‘i Community College, which is fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges. Students can earn associate degrees and certificates that prepare them to enter the workforce right after graduation or seamlessly transfer to University of Hawai‘i four-year campuses to earn bachelor’s degrees.
