Here's the plan for the meeting format: 

• 2 minutes: Chamber Welcome - Wendy

• 3 minutes: KKCC Health & Wellness Committee (brief description) and Introduction of Mr. Lee - Clayton

• 20 minutes: Brief Presentation - Mr. Lee

• 10 minutes: Questions from Health & Wellness Committee Members - Clayton can facilitate

• 20 minutes: Questions from KKCC Members - Wendy can facilitate

• 3 minutes: Closing Remarks Mr. Lee

• 2 minutes: Closing Remarks - Clayton and Wendy

 

Here are some possible questions:

• Assuming COVID-19 is the top priority at this time, what strengths does KCH have to handle the crisis.

• What is the capacity of KCH to treat COVID-19 cases?

• What kind of case counts have you been experiencing?

• Do you have surge capacity? What does that look like?

• What are your biggest concerns now and going into the next 3 months, 6 months, 9 months?

• Can you share the process and procedures that will take place for KCH once a vaccine is ready to distribute?

• How is COVID-19 impacting the non-COVID-19 patient experience?

• What have you found to be the most promising aspects of KCH?  

• What is KCH's current strategic plan look like?

• Has anything come up that you didn't expect as you've stepped into this position?

• How can Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce best help you and KCH - especially during the crisis?

• What message would you like to give to the Kona-Kohala community?

 

The idea is that Clayton will call out H & W committee members to ask questions first as described in the format above. This list of questions is a place to start. If you find that a more relevant question is in order, please feel free to ask.
