Executive Director Message: Building Your Professional Network through Chamber Involvement

Business First! Pau Hana

Building Professional Networks: Meet, greet, and connect to the business community through Chamber networking events. Building your professional network is key to success and the Chamber provides multiple ways to do this.

Luncheon: On March 15th, network with fellow Chamber members and the business community at our Focus Luncheon with Mayor Kim and the County Leadership at the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel. This luncheon is an excellent opportunity to meet other business leaders in the community while learning more about the county’s initiatives.

Business Expo: Chambers members showcase products and services on tabletop booths at the Business Expo held before and after the Focus Luncheon on March 15th. Connect to Chamber members while promoting your business to a target audience of business leaders by participating in the Business Expo.

AfterHours: Join us at our next monthly AfterHours event scheduled at Parker Ranch Center on Wednesday, March 21st from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Members and prospective members are welcomed by the Chamber’s Ambassador Team in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere focused on networking and building professional relationships.

Member Orientation: New members and new representatives are welcome to attend our complimentary Member Orientation on Friday, April 2nd from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. This small group setting is a nice way to be introduced to other members and the staff of the Chamber.

Volunteer: Our next volunteer opportunity is with Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce 23rd Annual Golf Tournament held at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on Friday, May 11th. Volunteers enjoy a day outside in a beautiful setting while building relationships with fellow members.
