ReStore Truck Driver (Full-time)

SUPERVISOR: ReStore Manager/Executive Director 
             
PURPOSE
Assist our ReStore staff in loading and unloading donations at the ReStore. Going out in the ReStore truck to pick-up donations in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Help to load, strap down loads and safely transport merchandise.
Get the items into the truck and out to stores without damage.
Greet customers & respond to questions
Stock and organize ReStore shelves and help set up displays when not getting donations
Assist in pricing and inventory
Accept donations and provide receiving form to donors

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good customer service & communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to follow directions
Show initiative/work independently
Cash handling experience and skills
Strong reading, writing, verbal and arithmetic skills.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must maintain reliable and stable work schedules with some flexibility.

 QUALIFICATIONS
Valid US driver's license
High school degree or equivalent
18 years or age or older
Knowledgeable in building supply material preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE
One year in retail or transport is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend the majority of the day standing or moving about the store.
Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times daily
