Full-time employee packages may include:
13 paid holidays and 3 additional days off per calendar year including the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve;
120 hours of personal time off per calendar year. Personal time includes emergencies, taking care of immediate family members when they are ill, or when employees are not feeling well;
80 hours of vacation time for employees who have worked for HOPE from 1-5 years, 120 hours for employees who have worked six through ten years, and 160 hours for employees who have worked 11 years and more;
Paid Bereavement Leave;
Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate for business-related activities;
