Better Business Bureau: Video Recording Opportunity

Better Business Bureau will be Kona June 10 & 11 2019, to video record stories from local BBB Accredited Businesses. The stories should relate to how you, as a business owner, use one of the following traits to earn the trust of your customers. If you’re willing to sit down in front of the camera and tell your story of building trust, send an email to Roseann Freitas, so we can tell you where to be.

Traits to building trust:

• Tell the truth
• Advertise honestly
• Be responsive
• Safeguard privacy (or cyber security)
• Honor promises
• Be transparent
• Act with integrity

 
Here’s an example, if your business has created a system to BE RESPONSIVE to customers, and you’ve seen that system build trust resulting in repeat customers, you’re welcome to sit down in front of the BBB camera to share the story of what responsiveness means to you, your business and your customers.
 
The resulting video will be used for an online training course that will be made available to businesses throughout Hawaii and the mainland. The video training course will show business owners how to bring the above traits to life in their business to be more profitable, attract and keep customers and prepare the business for longevity.
