The 2020 Culinary Arts Under the Stars event will bring together the premier chefs of our region to showcase inspired culinary creations that reflect our island’s unique blend of cultures and cuisines! This year’s event will feature Four Seasons Hualalai Resort’s Chef Thomas Bellec as well as Mauna Kea Resort’s Chef Rio Miceli and many other renowned chefs. Continuing the tradition of involving aspiring chefs, this year’s event will also feature culinary students from UH Hilo's Culinary Arts Program.
Dine, drink, and enjoy live music from Jeff Peterson from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. You can also bid for fantastic items at our silent auction featuring the generous businesses at Kings’ Shops.
We have limited VIP tables available this year! Tables for up to eight guests may be reserved near the stage to listen to Jeff Peterson while you drink and dine. VIP tables will include two complimentary bottles of wine and a dedicated server to bring tastings from up to six booths right to your table!
All proceeds from this culinary celebration will benefit the Waikōloa Dry Forest Initiative and its mission to protect, promote, and restore native Hawaiian dry forest. Waikōloa Dry Forest Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported by the public. Donations may be tax deductible.
