    Event Description:
    Aloha, The Kana Crime Prevention will hold its annual luncheon on September 12, 2018 from 11:30am to 1:00pm at the Courtyard, King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel. The luncheon is to honor the "Officer of the Year". The "Officer of the Year" is selected from the committee's "Officer of the Month" program. Tickets are $45 and $30 for children. We acknowledge all the Officers who were honored as "Officer of the Month" during the period of July, 2017 to June, 2018 at this luncheon, in addition to announcing the "Officer of the Year". The following Officers are being honored with one being selected "Officer of the Year", ~ Adam Cho ~ Christopher Fukumoto ~ Stephen Kishimoto ~ Adam Roberg ~ Levon Stevens ~ Robin Crusat, ~ Len Hamakado ~ Bradley Llanes ~ Coley Rowe ~Aron Tomota Community members and businesses may show appreciation to the "Officer of the Year" for the excellent community service represented by the Officer by being a sponsor. Donations of gifts and gift certificates, or a donation toward an Officer's meal would be greatly appreciated by the Kana Crime Prevention Committee. Donors names will be listed in the program for the event and as a 501©3 organization, your donation may be tax deductible. On behalf of Kona Crime Prevention Committee, we appreciate your consideration. Mahala Nui Loa, Mission Statement: The purpose of this organization shall be to encourage community involvement in aiding and supporting the Hawai'i County Police Department - Kona District, in their Efforts to; prevent crime, deter potential criminals and enforce the law.

    The luncheon will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the hotel’s ballroom. RSVPs will be accepted until Tuesday.

    Cost per person is $45, per keiki is $30 and parking is $3 with validation. Up to 100 people had signed up for the luncheon as of Friday afternoon.
