Relocation Packet

For prospective residents, the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce provides a complete relocation packet for $20, including shipping & handling. (If you will require the packet to be shipped outside the United States, please contact the Chamber office by phone (808) 329-1758. 8:00a.m – 5:00 pm, Hawaii Time Zone)

If you would like a relocation packet mailed to you, please fill out the online application below and make your payment online OR download and print our REQUEST FORM , complete it with your information and mail to the address below.

For mail requests, please include a check/M.O. in the amount of $20
($27 w/ telephone directory).
