For prospective residents, the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce provides a complete relocation packet for $20, including shipping & handling. (If you will require the packet to be shipped outside the United States, please contact the Chamber office by phone (808) 329-1758. 8:00a.m - 5:00 pm, Hawaii Time Zone)

If you would like a relocation packet mailed to you, please fill out the online application below and make your payment online OR download and print our REQUEST FORM, complete it with your information and mail to the address below.

For mail requests, please include a check/M.O. in the amount of $20
($27 w/ telephone directory).
